The Ghana Chamber of Mines requires a digital infrastructure that reflects its status as the primary advocate for the mining industry in Africa.
Modifi Studio proposes a comprehensive digital transformation that moves beyond a traditional website to a Unified Institutional Ecosystem. By leveraging headless architecture, we will centralize the Chamber's vast knowledge base, secure sensitive member communications, and provide real-time industry insights to global investors.
Our goal is to position the GCM as the definitive "Digital Source of Truth" for the mining sector in Ghana.

Operational Standards & Terms
Financial Terms
Payment structure: 40% upfront, 40% after the UI designs are delivered and approved and before front end and backend starts and 20% after the project concludes.

Usage & IP Rights
Full ownership of the design is transferred to the Chamber upon project completion and final payment. Modifi Studio retains the right to display the work in professional portfolios.
External resources such as premium fonts or stock photography are not included in the base pricing and will be billed separately.
Dissolution & Termination
Either party may exit the agreement with 30 days written notice. The initial 50% deposit serves as a non-refundable commencement fee covering the Research & Identity phases and Development phases.
In cases of termination, the Client is responsible for a pro-rated settlement of all work hours logged up to the final day of notice.
Ownership of code and design stays with Modifi Studio until all outstanding balances are settled in full.
* Note: Project milestones are subject to timely feedback from the Chamber. If feedback is delayed beyond a reasonable window, Modifi Studio reserves the right to review the project's timeline.
